Q1.How long does it take to set up the stands ?

A:Banner stands take 3 minutes to set up.  Pop Up stands take 12 minutes to set up.

Q2. Are your products pre-assembled or flat-packed?

A:Some products are fully assembled and some need assembly. We try to make clear how the product arrives using the product symbols in the key benefits section of each product.

Q3. This is our first exhibition，where can I obtain guidance to ensure we maximize our success?

Q4. Can CHINA LOONGS produce graphics for me if I supply the images?

A: No problem. Our experienced design team has the technology at its fingertips to make sure you get the graphics you need to create maximum impact with the minimum effort from you.

Q5. Do you use environmentally friendly materials?

A:At present certain products do use environmentally friendly materials and these are clearly shown by the symbols in the key benefits section of each product. We also have an ambitious environmental policy where we are continually looking to minimize the environmental impact of manufacturing products that we sell.

Q6. Is CHINA LOONGS a manufacturer of exhibition equipment?

A:CHINA LOONGS is one of the largest manufacturer of exhibition equipment in China, that's why we can offer you quality products at the most competitive price.

Q7. What happens if I order on-line and do not receive a confirmation?

A:All on-line orders are automatically confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us as the order may not have been received.

Q8. If it's my first order can I request a different delivery address to where my card is registered to?

A:Yes, but we do however do further security checks to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Q9. How do I place an order going to several different delivery addresses?

A:You can place several orders on-line using the same account, but specify a different delivery address for each one. Alternatively contact us with all the details and we help you!

Q10. How do I pay?

A:Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

Q11. How do you start the order?

A:We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
   If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.

Q12. Shipping?

A:Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days.
